The company was established in 1975 as a state – owned Meat Company. In 1995 the Meat Company evolved into „RAWA” Meat Company JSC. In April 2002 the name of the firm was transformed into LOGIS S.A. and the company’s main activities were changed from manufacturing to commercial services. As a result of this transformation, – many new undertakings were started, which are in different stages of development.
